Our policy for combating the spread of the Coronavirus

Effective: Monday, March 10, 2020. Updated: March 21, 2020.

In an attempt to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Illinois, Governor JB Pritzker issued a ‘stay-at-home’ order that took effect at 5pm today, Saturday, 21 March.

The governor’s order classifies companies like Mountain Stream Group as nonessential businesses and requires our employees to work from home through at least 07 April.

During this period — and for the foreseeable future — all client, vendor, and internal meetings will be conducted using email, instant messaging, telephone, and video conferencing. Project proofing and acceptance will be performed online.

While we are allowed to travel to the bank and post office, and receive mail, we will transmitting proposals, contracts, and invoices electronically via email. Additionally, we are asking all of our clients to use ACH (bank-to-bank electronic) transfers through Veem for payment of services, instead of sending checks in the mail.

Please check back regularly for updates on our coronavirus policy.
